Radioprotection

Welcome to the manuscript management system of the journal Radioprotection.

For 40 years, Radioprotection has been publishing articles on all aspects of protection, from ionising to non-ionising radiation, from theory to practical application for the protection of man and the environment. As with any international scientific and technical journal, each article is evaluated by experts in the field, chosen by the editorial board. Articles may be published in French or English. Radioprotection is published under the Subscribe to Open model. All articles are published in Open Access, free of charge under a CC-BY 4.0 licence.

Article types
Radioprotection publishes articles in different formats. Please refer to the instructions to the authors for more details.

  • Review articles – On a scientific, technical or legal issue (37,500 characters maximum, including spaces).
  • Articles – Original work (30,000 characters maximum, including spaces).
  • Notes – Scientific or technical advances (10,000 characters maximum, including spaces).
  • Letters to the editor – Personal opinions or discussion of previous work (maximum 2,500 characters, including spaces).

Check list before submission

  • Have the Instructions to authors been followed carefully?
  • Do the references correspond to the journal format?
  • Is the text in a single file in .docx or similar format?
  • Are you prepared to provide a list of 1 to 3 potential referee(s) (with e-mail contacts)?
Failure to comply with instructions to authors leads to delays in manuscript processing.
